thank you all, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you for simply being here to listen. it was a relief to finally put it out there, and to be heard.  I’m slowly trying to get to therapy or counseling, and go from there.

    It’s always good hearing updates from story tellers! I am so glad that you were able to find a way to share with us. Sometimes writing down what happened can be scary, but when you feel validated, & listened to, after writing, then it’s worth it. I am so glad you felt relief after sharing with us! Slow moves are often the best. I’m glad to hear you’re taking things slow when it comes to counseling. You know you the best, & if going slow will work, then take all the time you need. Baby steps are often the hardest steps to take, but once you make that first step, things seem to get easier. Wishing you the best! Come back & share again
