Just a minor setback

Thank you all so very much, usually the panics I get are brought on by excessive stress or changes both good or bad in a relative short period of time.

This time though it led into CVS, which is a cycle of vomiting up to 15-20 times a day, I’m just grateful that I had someone who in less than a hour had taken me to the hospital, not having to wait 4-5 hours. I’m also grateful that both these disorders don’t last more than a day, then a couple of days to get my strength back.

Again I can’t say it enough how good it feels to be loved as I love in return.

For me I wonder how I ever lasted as long as I did the way I was, cause being loved shows me how important it is, in a sense it could be compared to eating or breathing, it is necessary in order to live, I can are that now.

    Hey focus,
Good to hear from you. Not good to hear you still are not feeling well. Throwing up that much sounds awful. Glad you are being taken care of when you are sick. We all need that extra tlc when we feel like crap. Wishing you the best and hope you get to feeling better. I say you both deserve to chill out and watch a movie or binge a series on Netflix and annoy each others company and hope panic attacks or vomit doesn’t interrupt. Feel better.
