Emergency shelter is offered for individuals who need a safe space from their abuser and can be in an undisclosed or disclosed location. Services offered in shelter vary but can include groups, case management, financial education, counseling, transportation, and court advocacy. Generally speaking, emergency shelters are free but there are some that charge. Information on residents who stay in shelter is confidential, so staff of the shelter will not let anyone know you are resident (unless you give them permission to share that information).
